Born on October 16, 2020, Toby is a 34-lb, Shar Pei-Beagle (Sharpeagle) mix with a nose for adventure. His passion for exploration often leads him to uncover hidden scents and sprint across open fields with boundless joy. Beneath his mischievous nature lies a heart of gold, as he showers everyone he meets with sweetness and adoration.

Phoebe is the passionate founder of TobyTime and the beloved owner of our furry protagonist, Toby. With a tech-savvy mind and a heart full of love for animals, Phoebe brings a unique blend of skills and affection to our canine-centric world. When she’s not immersed in the exciting realm of technology, she becomes an adventure architect, meticulously planning their travels and explorations to new and exciting destinations.
